Registration from 17th July 2017 onwards is considered as walk in registration. Conference Bag and other conference materials are subjected to availability.

Day Registration (Walk In): RM250.00

Self-paying members who had paid their annual membership fee up to 2017 are eligible for a RM50 rebate. Applicants are required to submit the full registration fee and the rebate shall be reimbursed at the registration counter after the secretariat has confirmed the membership status of the applicant.
Day registrant is NOT eligible for the rebate.

Registration

 Registration will commence from 0800 hrs to 0845 hrs on Wednesday, 16th August 2017 at the Conference Secretariat located at Sri Delima (Level 4). Bayview Hotel Georgetown, Penang.

Entitlement:

Meals

Morning and afternoon tea as scheduled at the ballroom foyer.

Lunch is at the Kopi Tiam (Level 1), Bayview Hotel Georgetown, Penang.


Parking

Participants are advised to park their car at the BSG car park (entrance next to Petron Fuel Station, Upper Penang Road) for a flat rate of RM7.00 nett per car per entry. Parking tickets need to be validated at Bayview Hotel’s reception counter (Lobby) to enjoy flat rate charge. Payment should be made at the Auto Pay Machine, Level 2. All in-house guests are entitled for complimentary parking. Loss of parking ticket is subject to a penalty of RM50.00 nett per ticket.


Accommodation

Anyone who wishes to extend their hotel stay beyond their stated booking will have to make their own arrangement with the hotel management. Participants who are staying at Bayview Hotel Georgetown, Penang are required to settle all bills before checking out.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHAIRPERSONS AND SPEAKERS


All Chairpersons and Speakers should familiarise themselves with the date, time and place of their sessions and should be at their places at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
Speakers, please collect your visual device or material from the technical personnel on the same day of your presentation. The organising committee will not be responsible for the safety of the device or material not collected within this period.
Your presentation will be converted to pdf format and be made available to the participants if requested. If there are sensitive or confidential data in the presentation, please instruct the technical personnel to delete the data after the presentation. If you do not wish the participants to have a copy of your presentation, please inform the technical personnel before the presentation.

POSTER PRESENTATION

The poster boards are situated at the Sri Mas Ballroom Foyer (Level 4).

Posters should be put up before 0845 hrs, on Wednesday, 16th August 2017 and taken down by 1500 hrs, 17th August 2017. The presenters are required to bring their own mounting materials such as double sided tape to mount their posters. Poster presenters are required to be at their respective posters during tea break to answer any question posed by the participants.

The organising committee is not responsible for the safety of posters that are not collected.

ORAL PRESENTATION

The oral presentation session shall commence on 16 August 2017 (Wednesday) at 1615 hrs. Please submit your presentation to the technical committee (stationed in the conference hall) at least one hour before the session starts. Oral Presenters should be at their places at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.
1. The presentation must not exceed 15 minutes. An additional 5 minutes is reserved for discussion.

2.    Please meet the Chairperson of your session before the session starts. 

3.    Ensure that you save your presentation in Microsoft Office 2007 supported format.
